The Hi-Point 4095TS is a 40 S&W semi-auto carbine built with an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock featuring an internal recoil buffer. The rifle comes equipped with multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base for mounting and carry options. Controls include a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and last round lock open feature. Sights are fully adjustable with a post front and peep rear design.
This carbine is built on a 17.5″ barrel with an overall length of 32″. The 4095TS ships with a 10-round magazine capacity. Hi-Point manufactures this rifle as an American-made firearm using 100% American parts and assembly. The carbine is +P rated and will function with all factory ammunition. The magazine supplied is interchangeable with the JCHP40 handgun. This model features a black stock paired with black metal finish.
