The Hi-Point 995TS is a 9mm semi-auto carbine built with an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock incorporating an internal recoil buffer. The firearm features multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base for mounting accessories. Control layout includes a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and last round lock open feature, while fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear) allow precise zeroing.
This carbine is built around a 16.5″ barrel with an overall length of 31″. Hi-Point manufactures this firearm entirely in America using 100% American parts and assembly. The 995TS is +P rated and accepts all factory ammunition. This model ships with an FDE stock and black metal finish, paired with a 10-round magazine (not interchangeable with C9).
