The Hi-Point 995TS is a 9mm carbine built around an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer. The receiver features multiple Weaver-style rails for mounting accessories, and the package includes a sling, swivels, and scope base. Controls consist of a quick on/off thumb safety and grip-mounted clip release, while the last round lock open feature and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear) enhance usability.
With a 16.5″ barrel, the 995TS measures 31″ OAL. Hi-Point manufactures this carbine in America using 100% American parts and assembly. The firearm is +P rated and accepts all factory ammunition. This model ships with a Woodland camouflage finish on the stock, black metal finish, and a 10-round magazine. (The magazine is not compatible with the C9.)
