The Hi-Point 4095TS is a 40 S&W carbine built around an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer. Multiple Weaver-style rails provide mounting flexibility, and the package includes a sling, swivels, and scope base. Operation centers on a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and last round lock open feature, while fully adjustable sights—post front and peep rear—allow zeroing for distance.
