The Hi-Point 995TS is a 9mm carbine built with an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock that incorporates an internal recoil buffer. The firearm features multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base for mounting optics and accessories. Control features include a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and a last round lock open function. Sights are fully adjustable, with a post front and peep rear design.
This carbine delivers a 16.5″ barrel and an overall length of 31″. Hi-Point manufactures all firearms domestically using 100% American parts and assembly. The 995TS is rated +P and will function reliably with all factory ammunition. This particular model comes with an OD Green stock paired with black metal finish, and includes a 10-round magazine capacity. (The magazine is not interchangeable with C9.)
