The Crimson Trace CT RAD (Rapid Aiming Dot) Electronic Sight is a full-size Open Reflex Sight designed for full frame pistols. It features a green 5 MOA aiming dot and employs a recessed, fully multi-coated lens paired with a large quick acquisition window for target acquisition.
The sight includes an AUTO Shutoff Function that powers down automatically after 8 consecutive hours of operation to extend battery life, alongside a manual ON/OFF Function accessible via side brightness buttons. Large brightness setting buttons allow intuitive operation even when wearing gloves.
Installation is straightforward on optics cut slides using the CT RAD footprint, which is also compatible with the Docter footprint. The sight is constructed from 7075 Series Aerospace Aluminum, offering 30% greater strength compared to industry standard sights made with 6061 Series Aluminum.
