The Stern Defense H2S Hybrid 2 Stage Drop In Trigger (Model 009-H2S-D1-M) is a direct drop-in replacement for your AR-15 and AR-10 that features a smooth 2 lb first stage leading into a positive 4 lb second stage. The housing is machined out of 6061 aluminum, with the trigger and disconnector made of A2 tool steel and the hammer made of S7 steel. The H2S Hybrid 2-Stage Trigger installs using mil-spec trigger and hammer pins, and features a semi-flat bow. The trigger features a duty spring that prevents inadvertent bump fires and protects users against failures to reset, both features common in many PCC triggers. Simply swap out the green, 3-pound spring included with the trigger, and you’ll experience a solid wall that breaks with a light touch for precision rifle applications.
