The front sight features a glow dot that absorbs light and glows in low light levels before darkness makes the tritium visible. The convex dot’s increased surface area maximizes light absorption and intensifies the glow properties. An aluminum-sleeved tac lamp tritium insert strengthens the front sight construction, while a tritium bar in the rear sight completes the dot-the-i sight picture that prevents confusing front and rear sights in high-stress situations.
The wide field of view increases visibility of both the front sight and the threat downrange. With an Outside Diameter Big Dot of 0.188″, these sights fit in common holsters.
