The Evolution Gun Works Mauser 98 Picatinny Rail Scope Base Accessory is engineered and made in USA. This aluminum alloy mount features a matte black anodized finish with ambidextrous design. The rail follows MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny specifications and is purpose-built for Mauser 98 large ring receivers with a 20 MOA Picatinny rail.
Dimensions measure 1.05″ H × 3.50″ W × 8.30″ L, with a center spread of 3.825″ and overall length of 6.670″. The height from top of receiver to top of Picatinny is .4″. The mount weighs 2 oz. and requires a torque specification of 20 in/lbs. Mounting hardware includes #6-48 X 1/4 screws and T-10 bit. Note that rings are not included; MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rings are required for scope mounting.
