The Advanced Tech Heatshield Standard is a steel-formed shotgun accessory designed to manage barrel heat during extended use. Elongated cooling slots promote maximum heat dissipation, while the straightforward installation process requires only sliding the shield over the barrel and securing it with supplied hardware. This heatshield measures 13-1/2″ long and is manufactured in the USA.
Fits most 12, 16, and 20 gauge and .410 pump shotgun barrels. The shield features dimensions of 2.15 X 3.55 X 21.60 inches and is finished in black formed steel. Installation is accomplished by sliding the heatshield over the barrel and securing with included screws.
Heatshields should not be used on Mossberg Mariner or Remington Marine Coat shotguns. Each heatshield requires custom fitting to your firearm. If you lack the proper tools or feel uncomfortable fitting the heatshield yourself, consult your local gunsmith for installation assistance.
