The MagnetoSpeed Sporter is a barrel-mounted chronograph designed for rifle velocity measurement and ballistics data collection. Operation is straightforward—a single button cycles through the display to show recent shot velocity and statistics, with power managed by an included 9-Volt battery. The battery compartment allows quick swaps without tools.
Three sensitivity settings enable fine-tuning for consistent readings. The unit features proven technology with an updated sensor design and an integral 3.5 foot sensor cord. A quick-attach strapping system with metal buckle and triad thumb nut secures the chronograph directly to the barrel.
Construction uses polymer materials with mounting compatibility for barrels .5″ to 1″ in diameter, as well as muzzle devices up to 2.5″ in length. The compact LED display pairs with advanced data logging capabilities. A bayonet-style sensor (Bayo) comes standard, along with thick and thin rubber V-block spacers and a heavy duty strap with thumb nut tightener. An ultra-compact storage container is included for transport and protection.
Dimensions are 1.80 X 3.00 X 16.90 inches. The Sporter is designed for use with rifles only.
