The Otis Ripcord 40 Caliber Pistol Bore Cleaning Rope features 10″ of aggressive cleaning surface designed specifically for .40 caliber pistols. Its helix shape engages rifling as it moves through the barrel, while Nomex® fibers work dual duty—loosening fouling particles as a brush and capturing them like a patch. The rope is heat resistant up to 700°F and comes equipped with 8-32 threaded ends to fit all Otis cleaning components.
