Lee 38 Special Taper Crimp Die Reloading Tool

The Lee 38 Special Taper Crimp Die is designed to address crimp problems that stem from poor design in certain reloading setups. This taper crimp die measures 1.65 X 1.70 X 4.70 inches, with a height of 1.6500, width of 1.7000, and length of 4.7000. It is chambered for .38 Special and comes as a single die in the set. The die features a steel construction rather than carbide. Note that this die offers little or no advantage when used with 1986 or newer Lee dies, as the crimp angle is already a modified taper crimp.
