MDT Sporting Goods Inc presents the Field Stock, a rifle chassis system engineered for Savage Short Action rifles. Built with a 6061 aluminum core and overmolded black polymer body, this traditionally shaped stock delivers comfort and warmth in cold weather conditions while improving accuracy through aluminum V-block bedding and a free-floating barrel.
The adjustable buttstock supports comfortable long-range shooting, while an adjustable cheek riser ensures proper alignment between the shooter’s eye and mounted optics. Length of pull is adjustable via a spacer system. The chassis incorporates an M-LOK compatible forend, adjustable cheek rest, interchangeable angled and vertical grips, and an integrated barricade stop with sling swivel studs positioned on both the buttstock and forend. The Field Stock accepts AICS style magazines for enhanced feeding reliability.
Designed as an entry-level platform, the Field Stock prioritizes comfort and ergonomics. The polymer construction is easy to carry over extended distances and remains warm to the touch in cold weather.
