Blue Force Gear’s ULoop is a quick-detach iteration of their Universal Wire Loop, engineered for rapid and straightforward installation on smaller eyelets common to AK, HK, SIG, and FN weapons. The patented ULoop employs nylon-coated stainless steel wire, delivering secure and silent sling attachment across virtually any platform.
Installation flexibility is a key advantage—the ULoop works through eyelets, holes in railed handguards, and on KeyMod rails alike. Setup takes seconds and requires no sling removal. Detachment is equally simple: push the wire loop downward toward the body, then push the exposed crimp ball from the opposite side out of the locking channel. Extract the loose cable end from the body, thread it through eyelets, weapon loops, rail holes, or slots, then reinsert the cable into the ULoop body and snap it back into the locking channel.
This 1.00″ model accommodates slings up to 1″ wide and works with Vickers Combat Applications Slings. It features mil spec ball shank ends crimped to the wire and a glass reinforced DuPont Zytel Nylon body, weighing 7 grams.
