The Arisaka Offset Scout Mount is purpose-built to mount weapon lights at a 45-degree angle on Picatinny rail systems. It accommodates the Surefire Scout Light M600 and M300 series, Modlite PLH, PLHv2 and OKW, Arisaka 300″ 600 and 18650 Series, and Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1″ 2 and HL-X (non-laser). This low-profile design replaces the standard Picatinny rail adapter and positions the light considerably closer to the handguard than conventional mounting.

When mounted on the side of Picatinny handguards, the light sits at a 45-degree offset. Oriented upwards, the light positions at approximately the 1:30 or 10:30 clock positions. When oriented downwards, the light positions at approximately the 4:30 or 6:30 clock positions.
