The L.E. Wilson FLD-65PRC is a bushing-type full-length sizing die that sizes the case neck to your desired neck tension while simultaneously sizing down the rest of the case body. It features an adjustable depth decapping rod and includes an extra decapping punch made of high-quality heat-treated steel with no expander.
These full-length bushing dies are engineered to leave 3/16″ at the bottom of the case neck unsized, a technique many shooters prefer for improved accuracy compared to full-neck sizing. The bushing-type design provides precise control over the amount of neck resizing, minimizing the risk of “overworking” your brass and helping extend case life.
Machined from a special stainless steel alloy and hardened to L.E. Wilson specifications, the die achieves a hardness rating harder than a Grade 8 machine bolt. It is designed to work in standard 7/8″-14 reloading presses and uses the same bushings as Wilson’s neck sizing dies, allowing you to size the case neck to provide the exact amount of neck tension you desire.
