Midwest Industries Side Folder Pistol Brace in Black is designed for use with Gear Head Works Tailhook Pistol Brace. The heavy duty side folding mechanism is constructed from 4140 steel with a full length locking lug for maximum strength and solid positive lock up in both positions. A steel clamp with large surface engagement ensures secure attachment, while the modular design can accommodate different butt plate attachments and be configured to right or left folding. The skeletonized aluminum lightweight beam is hard coat anodized for durability. In the open position, it adds 7 inches to the length of the firearm; in the folded position, it adds ¾ of an inch. Steel parts feature a mag phosphate finish, and the complete assembly weighs 13oz. Made 100 percent in the USA.
