The Brownells AR-15 Cantilever Scope Mount is a single-piece mounting solution designed for AR-type Modern Sporting Rifles. It positions the scope forward to deliver generous eye relief while elevating the optic high enough for a comfortable head position and ample clearance around the objective bell. Built from a solid billet of 6061 T6 aluminum, the mount delivers lightweight construction without sacrificing strength and rigidity. A pair of hardened steel 1/2″ hex nuts provide substantial locking force to keep your mount and scope secure.
The mount can be removed and reinstalled on the rifle with minimal shift in zero. It features 0 MOA elevation, matte black finish, 1.4″ height, and accepts 30mm scope tubes via Picatinny rail mounting. The optic centerline sits 1.4″ above the receiver for proper head positioning, and the entire assembly weighs just 7.5 oz.
