The INTRA-LOK mounting system employs the taper lock principle, with a tapered locking screw interfacing with an angled V-groove on the underside of the barrel to perfectly time the compensator as it locks onto the upper barrel profile at the muzzle end. Installation is straightforward—simply slide the compensator over the barrel insert and tighten the locking screw—and the system allows easy removal of the barrel from the slide for cleaning.
When installed on a Glock G17, the AFTERBURNER + RAMJET combo increases overall slide length by only .47″, maintaining compatibility with all G34 holsters.
