Geissele Super Modular MK8 M-LOK 9.3 Inch Handguard

The Geissele Super Modular Rail (SMR) MK8 M-LOK is an ultra-modular handguard that was among the first rails to incorporate Magpul M-LOK technology. Designed to deliver full modularity without compromising strength and rigidity, the MK8 features maximum venting along the lower 45-degree quadrants for superior heat dissipation and reduced overall weight. M-LOK slots are positioned at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions as well as the upper 45-degree quadrants, enabling customization to match individual shooting preferences. The handguard incorporates Geissele’s proprietary 2.25″ long barrel nut, which increases surface contact at the rail-to-receiver interface and ensures the free float rail remains straight and true throughout its length. This design enhances accuracy and zero repeatability when disassembling and reassembling during maintenance. Installation requires a Geissele barrel nut wrench, sold separately.
