The Magnum Research SwitchBolt .22LR builds on the legacy of Magnum Research’s lightweight and accurate MLR rimfire rifles, refined through extensive research and development and proven on the professional speed shooting circuit. This U.S. manufactured rifle features a one-piece, forged 6061-T6 receiver with an integral Picatinny rail and hard coat anodized finish.
At the heart of the SwitchBolt is a patented graphite bull barrel constructed with uni-directional graphite fibers. The barrel is full-floating and fitted with an 11 degree muzzle crown to maximize accuracy. The 17″ barrel pairs with an ambidextrous thumbhole black stock for balanced handling. The semi-automatic action is compatible with Ruger 10/22 rotary magazines, and the rifle includes one 10-round capacity magazine.
