Engineered for the 22 GT cartridge, this precision reloading tool incorporates a floating chamber sleeve that fully captures the case prior to seating the bullet, ensuring the bullet and case are held in perfect alignment during the seating operation.
The micrometer adjustment system delivers exceptional repeatability for match-grade ammunition. Forster’s Ultra Micrometer allows for fine adjustments in either direction and is easily adjustable to 0.0005″, with index marks at increments of 0.001″ clearly marked. The die is designed specifically for seating your bullet at the exact depth you desire down to the 10,000th of an inch. Each die is manufactured from high quality steel carefully machined to very close tolerances and hand polished both before and after the heat-treating process to guarantee an extra smooth finish. The die features Forster’s Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring that tightens the two ends of the split ring instead of tightening a hex screw directly onto the threads of the die body.
