The Q LLC Honey Badger Bolt Carrier Group features a two-piece design engineered for modern manufacturing and materials. The front section is constructed from Maraging Stainless Steel with a black Nitride coating and incorporates a SCAR-cut design to help prevent bolt bounce. This component includes a Mil-Spec gas key with staking, Mil-Spec bolt, Mil-Spec cam pin, and Mil-Spec firing pin.
The rear section is naked heat-treated Stainless Steel and maintains Mil-Spec overall length. The Ass-End design houses the firing pin without requiring a separate firing pin retaining pin, eliminating the possibility of pin breakage. The carrier is retained with a single pin for straightforward field stripping.
