Cor-Bon Pow’rBall 357 Magnum 100 Grain Polymer Tip Ammunition

Cor-Bon’s Pow’RBall 357 Magnum ammunition features a 100 grain round with a gilding metal jacket filled with a lead core shaped into a patented V shape, then capped with a round polymer ball that is crimped and held in place by the copper jacket. During flight, the polymer ball disperses air around the bullet, making it more aerodynamic and improving ballistics. The ball also enhances feeding in auto pistols. Upon impact, the polymer ball delays expansion, allowing the bullet to penetrate several inches before the ball is pushed out of the way and exposes the lead V shape cavity, causing the bullet to fully expand properly. An additional benefit of the polymer ball is that it protects the integrity of the hollow point by preventing clothing or other material from plugging up the hollow point cavity and causing expansion failure.
