This CGND Taper Crimp Seater Die features a floating bullet alignment sleeve and stem that work together to align the bullet and case prior to seating, preventing deformations on the bullet base while delivering a proper taper crimp.
Hornady seating dies are recognized for ease of use, combining an in-line bullet seating sleeve with a simple seating adjustment screw to achieve precision alignment before pressure is applied. The die incorporates a built-in, optional-use taper crimp feature that allows you to crimp and seat simultaneously, or skip crimping entirely with a basic adjustment.
