Unity Tactical’s SARA™ adapts Sordin headsets to ARC rails—secure, modular, and optimized for helmet use. Sordin Arc Rail Adapters (SARA) were derived out of a need to directly attach MSA Sordin’s directly to an end user’s helmet. Rather than reinventing the wheel, the SARA calls on the spring tension generated by the Unity MARK rail adapters to achieve proper seal around the users ears and smoothly integrate into the user’s head borne system. Lightweight, streamlined and designed with the simplicity and strength demanded by the end user, the SARA eliminates the headaches and discomfort associated with wearing headband style ear pro inside the helmet.
Made from 6061-T6 Aluminum for strength and reliability. Coated with Type III Hardcoat Anodizing for enhanced durability in demanding conditions. Weighs just 0.4 oz per set, ensuring minimal added weight to the helmet system. SARAs are held in place by the existing OEM studs in the MSA / Sordin® headset housing. SARAs accept both swaged and non-swaged wireforms. They are compatible with almost every helmet mount wireform on the market.
Each kit comes with replacement ESS Studs, allowing both over-the-head and behind-the-head headsets to be converted. The result is a streamlined, comfortable solution that integrates Sordin-based hearing protection directly into your helmet system without the pressure and discomfort of traditional headband-style mounting.
