The Tippmann Arms M4-22 LTE is a premium .22 caliber semi-automatic tactical rimfire rifle with aluminum upper and lower receivers and all the features of a true M4. This model features OD Green accent parts including the handguard, grip, selector switch, charging handle, mag release, dust cover, and forward assist, complemented by a composite free float handguard. The rifle is equipped with a 16″ solid steel barrel with Parkerized finish, 1/2 x 28 threaded barrel with thread saver, and a black nitride plated bolt. Tippmann provides a set of in-house, polymer flip-up sights that arrive ready to use out of the box.
The M4-22 LTE is largely mil-spec compatible and will accept most AR15 stocks, handguards, and sights. The rifle features a single-stage, curved bow trigger assembly with a listed trigger pull weight of approximately 4 lbs., 6 ozs., delivering a clean, crisp, creep-free break. The rifle has an unloaded weight of just 5 lbs., 5.1 ozs. with an empty magazine. The M4-22 has the look, feel, and controls of a true M4 and is a perfect platform for training applications or backyard plinking.
