The Bravo Company Manufacturing A/T Optic Riser 525-13×5 measures approximately 7-1/4″ long and functions similarly to the 525-10×5 while providing 3 additional recoil slots for increased flexibility. The main body features 13 recoil slots with 5 more on the cantilever section, totaling 18 slots (19 lugs). Designed to layer magnifiers and other enhancement systems with red dot optics, the BCM A/T Riser creates a more capable platform that can improve threat identification in complex settings. Built for close combat ranges, the BCM A/T Riser raises the centerline of attached optics and magnifiers by approximately 1/2 inch, which enhances situational awareness and enables better aimed shots when used with night vision or other PPE systems.
The riser interfaces with the upper receiver using the low-profile A/T system found on BCM Optic Mounts, reducing snag hazards and making the entire length of rail usable for both bolt-on and QD attachments. The low-profile A/T interface also allows mounting of Mil-Std 1913 accessories anywhere on the riser platform, letting end users fine-tune optic, magnifier, and accessory placement. Each riser is machined from aircraft aluminum alloy and hard coat anodized per Mil-A-8625F. The steel alloy clamp is hardened with Nitride coating for maximum strength. Multiple integral recoil lugs work to mitigate recoil and counter recoil, preserving zero and ensuring shots land where the trained rifleman intends. The A/T (Angled Torque) mount employs angled torque through a patented clamp that applies triangulating force to create a stronger and more reliable lock up onto the user’s rail.
