The AGM PVS-14 3AL2 Green Phosphor Night Vision Monocular is a lightweight, rugged multi-purpose night vision device with a proven operational history in demanding conditions worldwide. Originally developed to meet United States Military specifications for nighttime operations, the PVS-14 design has become the standard for global use in challenging environments. The monocular operates as a handheld device or mounts to the included head harness, and with optional accessories can be mounted to combat helmets to provide night vision capability alongside daytime optical sights.
This unit meets 810G Military standards and delivers robust performance in a compact package weighing less than 12.4 ounces (0.32 kilograms). Features include manual gain control, an automatic bright light shut-off feature to protect the photocathode tube, and a built-in Infrared (IR) illuminator with flood lens. The device is fully waterproof and designed with ergonomic, simple controls.
