The Forster 408 Cheytac Full Length Sizing Die (Model 006025) is engineered specifically for the .408 Cheytac magnum cartridge, delivering the precision case preparation demanded by long-range shooters.
This die sizes the case neck, shoulder and body while expanding the neck and removing the spent primer, with a precisely-positioned vent hole located in the threaded portion of the die body that prevents excessive, trapped air and/or lubrications from damaging the die’s components or your cases. All Forster reloading dies feature the Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring that tightens the two ends of the split ring instead of tightening a screw directly into the threads of the die.
The Forster Full Length Sizing Die is equipped with an E-Z Out Expander button that maintains case neck concentricity during the neck expanding operation, positioned higher in the neck area than most other dies, providing support and holding the axis of the neck and case in alignment while the case is withdrawn from the die.
