The MDT XRS Chassis System is constructed from a full-length CNC machined core of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum wearing high strength textured polymer panels for insulation from the elements. The precision aluminum V-block bedding system ensures fit and function to maximize the accuracy of any rifle action. Designed specifically for right-handed shooters with Remington 700 Short Actions, this chassis delivers approximately 3.9lbs weight for both hunting and precision shooting applications.
The XRS features adjustable length of pull via spacers from 13.25″ to 15+” and a quick adjust cheek piece to adjust for scope height over bore. The MDT XRS Chassis System comes with interchangeable vertical and angled grips that can be easily swapped to get your ideal hand placement and trigger pull. The generous 12″ long forend comes with M-LOK slots built in for accessory mounting and attachment of ARCA or picatinny rails.
With ergonomics similar to a traditional rifle stock, the MDT XRS Chassis System is perfect for those who prefer the traditional style, but want all the benefits of an MDT chassis, such as an M-LOK forend, adjustable buttstock, V-Block bedding, AICS magazine compatibility, and a free floating barrel. The XRS accepts standard AICS pattern magazines and has an easy to manipulate ambidextrous magazine latch.
