Carlson’s Black Cloud choke tubes are engineered to maximize performance with Federal’s Black Cloud Ammunition, while delivering excellent results with other steel shotshells. The Extended tube features a Titanium-coated steel construction; the titanium coating enables the uniquely designed FliteControl Wad in Black Cloud ammunition to perform downrange with reduced build-up in the choke tube, allowing the Flitestopper shot to function as intended and increase your success in the field. The Mid Range model works with all steel shot sizes and ammunition exceeding 1550 fps. Black Cloud ammunition is designed for use with choke tubes that do not incorporate porting or wad stopping devices.
