1. Service Overview

ArmsEast USA LLC (“ArmsEast”) operates a proxy purchasing service that allows eligible Canadian residents holding a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) to purchase firearms, accessories, and related items from GunBroker.com. ArmsEast holds a US Federal Firearms Licence (FFL), US firearms export licence, and Canadian firearms import licence.

2. Eligibility

You must: (a) be a Canadian resident aged 18 or older; (b) hold a valid, unexpired PAL of the appropriate class for the item requested; (c) ensure the requested item is legal to possess in your province and municipality.

3. Fees

Fees include: (a) $100 USD non-refundable service fee; (b) 15% proxy markup on the final GunBroker purchase price; (c) $100 USD cross-border shipping and export handling; (d) $50 USD + 3% of item cost for Canadian domestic shipping; (e) $50 USD restricted firearms transfer fee (where applicable). All fees are quoted in USD. Exchange rate at time of invoicing applies.

4. Deposit & Payment

Upon approval of your order, ArmsEast will issue a deposit invoice covering estimated total fees. Bidding will not commence until the deposit is received. Final settlement is required upon receipt of the item by ArmsEast.

5. Compliance & Refusals

ArmsEast reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion. Orders for items prohibited under the Criminal Code of Canada, the Firearms Act, or applicable Orders in Council will be declined. If an item is found to be prohibited after bidding has commenced, the service fee is forfeited.

6. Auction Risk

GunBroker listings are competitive auctions. ArmsEast does not guarantee winning any auction. If your maximum bid is exceeded, the order will be marked as “Lost” and your deposit (less the service fee) will be refunded within 10 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. ArmsEast is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or regulatory holds. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the Canadian address provided.

8. Privacy

PAL information is collected solely for compliance verification purposes and is stored securely. ArmsEast does not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
