The Geissele Super Duty Stripped Upper Receiver features a 5.56mm, 10.3in barrel with a carbine length gas system and 1-7 twist rate in the versatile DDC finish. The Super Duty Upper is seamlessly attached to a 9.3″ MK16 Super Modular Rail via center aligning tab to eliminate any chance of rail rotation. The MK16 features M-LOK mounting locations in the 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock positions, as well as in the upper and lower 45° positions for maximum customization, and a 12 o’clock picatinny rail accommodates the installation of optics and other picatinny-based accessories.
The Super Duty Stripped Upper is outfitted with a Manganese Phosphate coated, CHF, Chrome-Lined barrel that is precision machined and cold hammer forged at Geissele’s state-of-the-art facility in North Wales Pennsylvania, utilizing the best materials available. The Super Duty Stripped Upper features a precisely balanced gas system, including the bomb-proofed Super Compact Gas Block and fine-tuned gas port sizing, which minimize felt recoil while maintaining reliable cycling, even in adverse conditions.
