The Ruger American Gen II Ranch is a bolt-action rifle in .350 Legend, built with American engineering and featuring a compact 16.4-inch cold hammer-forged fluted barrel. The spiral-fluted threaded barrel wears Cobalt Cerakote finish, while the stock combines Flat Dark Earth splatter with an integrated recoil pad and adjustable fit. A factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope base simplifies optics mounting.
This rifle incorporates the Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger with a user-adjustable pull weight between 3 and 5 pounds for a crisp release. Power Bedding integral bedding block system locates the receiver and free-floats the barrel to maximize accuracy. The design includes a 5-round flush-fit AR-style magazine, three-position tang safety, and a Picatinny rail for accessory compatibility.
The straight-walled .350 Legend cartridge offers reduced recoil and makes this rifle well-suited for deer hunting in states with caliber restrictions. The shortened barrel enhances handling, while the threaded barrel (1/2″-28) accepts aftermarket suppressors and muzzle devices. For over a decade, Ruger’s American series has established itself as the benchmark for accuracy, durability, and performance in bolt-action rifles.
