The Beretta M9A4 is a full-size, tactical-ready handgun that combines Beretta’s proven 92-series reliability with contemporary features designed for defense, range use, and overlanding. Built with a 5″ threaded barrel ready for suppressors or muzzle accessories, this model incorporates a single-action/double-action trigger system and a lunar-tone finish that resists corrosion. The M9A4 pairs the established M9 platform with modern upgrades including a red-dot optic compatible slide, dovetailed tritium night sights, an enhanced short reset Xtreme Trigger System, and a Beretta Vertec frame with aggressively textured thin grips.
This configuration features an RDO-compatible slide, 1/2-28 threaded barrel, tritium night sights, Type G decocker, beveled magwell, oversized magazine release, and a 3-slot Picatinny rail mounted on a Vertec frame. The Vertec profile grip reduces trigger reach for shooters with smaller hands and delivers a more compact profile suited to concealed carry. One-handed magazine changes are quick and reliable in any lighting condition, while the oversized magazine-release button operates easily even when wearing gloves.
