About Magnum Research
Magnum Research is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is best known as the company behind the Desert Eagle — one of the most recognized and iconic handguns ever produced. Chambered in large calibers including .50 AE, .44 Magnum, and .357 Magnum, the Desert Eagle’s gas-operated design and distinctive profile have made it a cultural landmark as well as a serious firearm. Magnum Research also produces the BFR (Biggest Finest Revolver), a line of single-action revolvers built for the most powerful handgun cartridges available, including rifle calibers. These are purpose-built firearms for shooters who require — or simply want — the most powerful handgun options on the market.
