Each die is manufactured from case hardened steel with precision-drilled and reamed interior surfaces finished to exact specifications and hand polished.
The full-length sizing die employs RCBS precision-machined neck bushings to establish consistent neck tension on every round. A titanium nitride coated expander enables smooth case extraction and minimizes brass buildup on the expander, reducing neck stretch. MatchMaster sizing dies accept interchangeable neck bushings (sold separately), a design that benchrest and long-range precision shooters have relied on for years.
The MatchMaster seating die features a bullet seating window with bullet retaining system—load the bullet into the window and raise the case into the die to complete seating.
