Installation is straightforward—simply slide the 13.50 inch shield over the barrel and secure it using the included hardware. The heatshield is compatible with most 12/16/20-gauge and .410 pump shotgun barrels. When mounting this accessory on scoped rifles, sights should be removed. This heatshield should not be used on Mossberg Mariner or Remington Marine coat shotguns.
