The American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON-H is a lightweight, versatile cantilever mount designed for optics on AR platforms, machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and featuring the patented QD Auto-Lock lever and tool-free adjustment. This is the tallest available scope mounting solution offered by American Defense Manufacturing, designed for 12 o’clock mounted laser sighting systems with little or no optical interference, and ideal for riflescopes with oversized objective diameters or rifles that require a higher cheek weld.
The AD-RECON-H mount puts the optical center at 1.93″ above the rail and is made for putting high power glass onto a flattop style AR-15. The cantilever throws the scope out front with 2″ offset, allowing you to get the right eye relief, and is precision machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodize. Works with scopes with Objective Housings as large as 56mm.
The AD-RECON-H features the Patented QD Auto Lock™ Lever system which does not require proprietary tools for adjustment, can be adjusted with your finger or a flat blade screwdriver, and the lever can be configured to lock to the front or the rear. This glove friendly locking system ensures the mount will not move until you need to remove it, and provides exceptional return to zero with mounted optics.
