The Superlative Arms AR-15 .750in Solid Adjustable Piston System features a Rifle Length Op Rod for left-hand shooters, with a Melonite and QPQ finished piston gas block and Dark DLC-coated carrier. This patented “Bleed Off” gas piston system adjusts gas flow by bleeding it out of the block instead of restricting it, reducing pressure to only what’s required to drive the bolt carrier while the remaining gas is bled out, allowing the system to run cleaner and cooler.
The design reduces wear on bolt carrier group components and the upper receiver while also reducing felt recoil for faster follow-up shots. The system features patented gas adjustment with 30 locked positions located on the front of the block, along with a patented bleed-off port that vents forward away from the operator. The adjustment detent is located outside the block preventing contamination, and the gas adjustment screw does not restrict gas flow, eliminating erosion or seizing issues—with a safety mechanism preventing unintentional full removal.
