Superlative Arms’ patented “Bleed Off” direct impingement gas block uses a unique approach to flow regulation—instead of restricting gas like conventional adjustable blocks, it bleeds excess gas out of the front of the block. The SABO-DI-625CGT is manufactured from lightweight Titanium and features a clamp-on mounting system built for the AR-15 platform, delivering patented DI “Bleed Off” design for superior performance tuning.
The block allows only the pressure necessary to drive the bolt carrier to remain inside, while excess gas and pressure are bled away from the system. This results in cleaner, cooler operation overall. Because the gas adjustment screw does not restrict flow in bleed off mode, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw and no loss of detent from carbon accumulation. A safety mechanism prevents the screw from being unintentionally backed all the way out.
The design minimizes wear on bolt carrier group components and reduces felt recoil, enabling faster follow-up shots. The patented adjustment detent sits outside the block, keeping it free from contamination. The .625″ bore diameter and Grey DLC finish deliver a durable, corrosion-resistant coating for long-term reliable operation.
