Barricade stops on standard ARCA rails often slide under pressure—the ARCALOCK Dovetail Rail System addresses this limitation.
ARCALOCK Dovetail Rail System Features:
The rail sides are serrated to interface with Area 419’s proprietary clamp design, creating a mechanical lock that prevents any movement. The serrations are not sharp and will not damage bags or your hands. The rail maintains backwards compatibility with standard ARCA accessories, though locking capability requires an Area 419 clamp. At 8 inches long, it spans the entire length of the stock forend for accessory mounting while weighing just 3 oz. The rail is manufactured to the RRS 1.5″ Dovetail Standard, ensuring compatibility with lever clamps. All corners are radiused and every edge is chamfered during machining for a finished appearance without sharp edges. The rail features Type 3 Hard Coat anodizing for enhanced durability and is constructed from 6061-T6 Aluminum. Manufactured in-house in the USA using USA-sourced aluminum on USA-made CNCs, the ARCALOCK is compatible with MPA CZ455 chassis with no modifications required.
