These mounts begin as individual components. Area 419 manufactures bases and caps in batches, then follows a multi-step finishing process. After anodizing, each part is fully assembled and returned to specially produced rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers that establish proper ring clearance, then the complete set is final-bored together in precision machining centers. Every mount is brought off the machine as a matched set, QC’d, and packaged to ensure you receive a perfectly finished product.
