The design features final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals that grip your optic more securely and repeatably than conventional mounts, all while maintaining exceptional robustness without excess weight.
Production sets Area 419 apart from standard manufacturing. Rather than batch-producing bases and caps, anodizing them separately, and assembling them afterward, Area 419 takes additional critical steps. After anodizing, all parts are fully assembled and returned to specially produced rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers that establish proper ring spacing, then the entire set is final-bored together on world-class machining equipment. Each mount comes off the machine as a matched set, undergoes QC inspection, and is packaged to guarantee a perfectly finished product.
