The Area 419 ZERO M-Series Die Sleeve & Mandrel Kit is a modular stainless sleeve and mandrel kit for Area 419 ZERO M-Series dies. This is a replacement sizing insert for M-Series dies, and requires that you already own an M-Series die to use it. The kit includes one sizing sleeve in 223 Remington, identical to the internal sleeve that comes in the complete M-Series die. It also includes one mandrel providing approximately 0.002″ neck tension in usage, matching the standard mandrel in M-Series dies.
The dies feature reamer-cut sizing chambers that fully resize the case body, the integration of a full-length ground mandrel and spring-loaded decapping, and micrometer adjustability for headspace. The mandrels are ground 17-4PH stainless steel and black nitrided for smooth and long-lasting operation. The kit also includes one extra decapping pin as a spare. This modular solution lets you swap calibers or adjust neck tension without having to buy a full new die, maximizing your investment and boosting your reloading workflow.
