The Patent Pending Arisaka Hand Stop is engineered as a low profile, minimal control accessory designed to help shooters pull their rifle into their shoulder while enhancing control and recoil mitigation. This accessory functions in multiple roles: it serves as a primary hand stop, can be used as a barricade stop, or can be reversed and positioned at the front of the handguard to prevent the support hand from slipping off the end. The dimensions and profile accommodate a wide variety of hand sizes while maintaining a compact footprint that won’t interfere with operation.
The Arisaka Hand Stop Picatinny features a unique recoil lug that extends from inside the part, delivering a secure, rattle-free lockup on Picatinny rails. The recoil lug and mating screw are captured within the design and cannot fall out when the Hand Stop is removed. A rotation direction indication is CNC engraved onto the part to guide installation and removal. Installation requires a 7/64″ Allen wrench, with a maximum torque specification of 15 inch lbs.
