The patented Arisaka Offset Scout Mount is engineered for the SIG MCX Virtus M-Lok handguard, replacing the stock Picatinny rail adapter with a low-profile mount. It accommodates the Surefire Scout Light M600 and M300 series, Modlite PLH and OKW, Arisaka 300, 600 and 18650 Series, Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1, 2 and HL-X (non-laser), and Olight Odin weapon lights.
Note that this mount is designed specifically for the standard MCX handguard, which features a tall profile with flat sides. If you have the MCX suppressor compliant handguard, use Arisaka’s normal Offset Scout Mount M-Lok instead. For top rail mounted lasers such as the LA-5, PEQ-15, NGAL, or DBAL, Arisaka’s Side Scout Mount MCX is the appropriate choice.
The Offset Scout Mount MCX positions the light at a 45 degree angle, tucking it closer to the top rail at the 1:30 or 10:30 clock positions. Three lateral mounting positions allow you to adjust the light body closer or farther from the top rail, front sights, or other accessories, spanning approximately 0.240″. Using the Arisaka 300 Series Light Body or 600 Series Light Body provides additional clearance for larger front sights.
