The Ballistic Adv BABL556018F is a Performance Series barrel machined from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and finished with QPQ corrosion resistance. It incorporates a nickel boron coated extended M4 feed ramp extension for reliable feeding. The Hanson Series design features a proprietary BA Hanson profile and comes with a pinned lo-pro gas block included. This 17.70″ barrel is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO with a mid-length gas system and 1/2×28 tpi threads for AR-15 platforms. NOTE: Hanson barrels are not designed to work with aftermarket piston kits.
